ABOUT MAI
Mai is a New York City–based makeup artist, born and raised in Montevideo, Uruguay. Her work has appeared in Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, L’Officiel, Marie Claire, and Glamour, and she has collaborated with leading fashion designers and brands across editorial, runway, and campaign work.
She has served as Key Makeup Artist for runway shows including The Blonds, Bronx and Banco, Elena Velez, House of Aama, Bevza, Bibhu Mohapatra, Prabal Gurung, and Tanner Fletcher, and has created campaigns for designers such as Marissa Wilson and Kate Barton.
Her makeup practice merges refined technique with artistic vision, drawing inspiration from character creation, vintage beauty, and storytelling.
